Cat. Value (Adjusted Cat. value adjusted for condition:
“Receipt for General and Water Rates. No 3373 ” from “URBAN DISTRICT OF HALTEMPRICE.” It notes that “Received this July 28th 1936 from Mr. H. S. Banks the sum of three pounds one shillings and five pence in respetc of the items entered.” Such items are “Asst No. 354/7” (“3 Cotto Chapel Rd”) with a “General Rate” of £3 1s 5d with a “Water Rate” of nil. These are both “Less Owner’s Allowance (if any)” of nil, plus “Arrears” and “Costs”, both nil. The total is thus £3 1s 5d and was paid “By Cash” to the “Colletcor’ viz. “J. Goodes”[?] and certified with a late edition King George V two penny is very good condition.
