Fair condition with some perforation faults. The post mark is a duplex with the lefthand circular date stamp (CDS) mostly missing, and the righthand three bar oval numeral cancel rreads 490 (possibly), with a smaller 34 below. The shape of the cancellation (an oval) points us towards an office in England and Wales, and G. Brumell indicates that the number 490 would refer to Ham Street, Kent, from 1887 onwards.
