Very good condition King George V key-type five shilling stamp overprinted in red with “FOREIGN BILL”. Excellent condition with mimal faults; the postmark is faint and smudged, but can just be made out to saay that it was stamped in May 1940. Gum is clean but has been hinged in the past.
