Light green, five shilling, King Edward VII key type stamp overprinted in black with “FOREIGN BILL”. Fair condition with some fuzziness and fading, plus damaged perforations and wear to the top half of the face. Otherwise great detail and perhaps a decent reference example. Off paper with some remnants.
