Borderline acceptable reference example of a three shillings (“3s. 0d.”) Queen Victoria foreign stamp used on the 23rd [?] of Feburary, 1866. Signifcant damge to both the gum and perforations, with superficial damage to the face. May be of some use given the date stamp.
