Cat. Value (Adjusted Cat. value adjusted for condition:
Whilst a previous owner has written the plate number “71” on the otherwise clean gum, inspetcion would suggest that it is probably from plate 74 (position LD). In either can it has two margins, a slight offset and ball four corner letters are easily visible. The perforations are decent but not faultless, and the gum is clean with a clear watermark. ± The face is blemished by a unknown postmark. It hasn’t been stamped clearly, so little detail can be made out to its origin. Instead it only serves to reduce the detail that can be see on the design.
Unknown barred cancel.
Large Crown (Standard)
