Description:

Used one pound stamp with a semi-legible central circular date stamp (CDS) which appears to be from Southampton in 1953. The face is somewhat obscured, but the main details can still be seen. The reverse is clean, and the watermark easy to notice. Some perforations are shorter then would be liked, but otherwise an okay specimen.
