King George VI
P. Metcalfe (Waterloo and Sons)
Cat. Value (Adjusted Cat. value adjusted for condition:
Mostly decent example of the late King George VI one pound (£1) stamp. Whilst used the face is clear with only a trace of the postmark. The gum is obviously missing but the reverse is otherwise clean and unblemished. The bottom edge suffers from short perforations but the stamp is otherwise a good example of the printing.
