Cat. Value (Adjusted Cat. value adjusted for condition:
The face is in generally very good condition with no blemishes and deep colour. The perforations are in excellent condition with only minor faults. The watermark is inverted, but is barely visible to the naked eye due to the discolouration on the gum. Whilst the stamp appears unused, it has been stuck to something in the past - and when removed has taken the ink off with it. Thus I have put this down as used for now.
Block Cypher (Inverted)
