Postmark completely misses the stamp, which sits to the right. Via the Postmark Society Catalogue of Slogan Postmarks of the UK vol. 3, this postmark is given the number (General Slogan; GS) 3537. It is titled “World Leprosy Day” and was in use at the London EC and SW offices, from the 5th of December, 1983, to the 28th of January, 1984.
