Whilst the stamp itself has a broken lower left corner, the postmark is in excellent shape and a great example of this particular type. Via the Postmark Society Catalogue of Slogan Postmarks of the UK vol. 3, this postmark is given the number (General Slogan; GS) 3537. It is titled “World Leprosy Day” and was in use at the London EC and SW offices, from the 5th of December, 1983, to the 28th of January, 1984.
