Slogan half printed, but otherwise clean. Stamp has two phosphor bands and thus must have come from booklets FN1/6 or DX3. Via the Postmark Society Catalogue of Slogan Postmarks of the UK vol. 3, this postmark is given the number (General Slogan, GS) 3458. It is titled “Independent Local Radio” and was in use at Gwent only from the 19th of July, 1982, through to the 21st of Febuary, 1983.
