Stamp includes top selvedge. Via the Postmark Society Catalogue of Slogan Postmarks of the UK vol. 3, this postmark is given the number (General Slogan; GS) 3399 and uses design Type 2272. However, since this was officially used in 1981 only, this suggests that this example (dated the 19th of April, 1982) is an exceptional use and thus catalogued as E.170.
