Description:

Christmas 2020 stamp with a face value of £2.50. It includes the right selvedge and value code “P250 CHR20”, which of course informs us of the value and issue. It shows a incredibly ornate image of the Virgin Mary and Jesus as illustrated by the stained glass window at St Columba’s Church, Topcliffe in North Yorkshire.± This stamp is on the counter sheet with type PB-sL (per Stanley Gibbons) security backing paper (SBP). This is equivalent to the Modern British Philatelic Circle (MBPC) designation SBP2i.± A detailed and fascinating stamp, this specimen is in perfetc mint condition with no faults.
